Care instructions:

- Machine wash cold on gentle cycle.

- Do not bleach.

- Tumble dry on low heat on gentle cycle.

- Do not iron.  

 

* If you feel your machine isn't able to handle the blanket we recommend using a laundromat or hand washing and air drying.

*We also recommend that you monitor your machine while washing the weighted blankets to prevent any damage. 

*We recommend NOT using any type of fabric softener but using wool balls.

Return Policy:

We want you to love your blanket but if you don't we offer a 14 day return policy.

 

If the return is due to a fault of ours (defect, wrong product, damaged, etc..)

We'll pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement blanket.

 

* If the return is because of customer preferences you will need to pay the shipping and a refund will be issued after the blanket is received and inspected.

* The blanket must be in "like new" condition, not washed, used or stained in any way.

* To start the return/exchange process email info@moxieblankets.com within 14 days of purchase and we will send further instructions.

** We recommend using the blankets on children 3 and older or over 40 lbs.

     The blanket user must be strong enough to move the blanket by themselves.
